1. Right to Cancel

  • Customers may cancel orders up to 24 hours after placement, provided the order has not yet shipped.

2. Returns

  • You may return most products within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • Returned items must arrive within 14 days of the delivery date. (Items returned after this date may not be accepted.)

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process the refund within 7 business days.

5. Shipping the Return

  • We’re not liable for returns lost in transit; proof of postage or tracking number is required.

6. Cancellation or Return Fees
